When does the platform launch?
We're targeting Q3 2025 for public launch. Waitlist registrants receive early access and a preview of opening lots before the platform goes live to the general public.
Do all lots have a RICS valuation?
Yes — every lot must carry a current RICS valuation before it's listed. This is non-negotiable and is the core principle that differentiates All Assets Auctions.
Is there a reserve price?
Yes. Sellers set a reserve price. If the reserve isn't met, the lot is not sold. Reserve prices are not disclosed to bidders but are guided by the RICS value.
What are the buyer fees?
A 2.5% buyer's premium applies to the hammer price. Waitlist registrants receive a waived buyer registration fee (normally £50). No other buyer fees apply.
Can I inspect lots before bidding?
Yes. Every lot has a pre-auction inspection window. Buyers can visit, review condition reports, and request documentation before bidding opens.
How do I register a lot for auction?
Sellers can register lots now. You'll need a current RICS valuation and condition report. Commission is 2.5% on the hammer price. Contact us to start the process.
